Interim launch notice
Privacy notice
This notice describes how the current Kimo Studio website handles information from professional enquiries. The official operator identity, registered address, SIRET, and complete data-controller details must be added from verified evidence before public launch.
Information you choose to provide
The Contact form collects your name, professional email address, optional website, current workflow, intended objective and timing, and the message you submit.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential datasets, payment-card information, or other secrets through this form.
Why the information is used
- To review and respond to a professional enquiry.
- To understand the requested workflow and possible scope.
- To protect the form and website from abuse.
Submitting the form sends an enquiry only. It does not confirm a meeting, proposal, project or availability. The intended legal bases are steps requested before a possible contract and the legitimate interest in securing the service; these remain subject to final legal review.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel, Inc. Once the production Contact variables are configured, form messages are delivered through Resend, a service of Plus Five Five, Inc. Kimo Studio does not sell information submitted through this website.
These United States providers may process technical or message data under their respective data-processing terms and international-transfer mechanisms. Their production configuration and the final controller-processor schedule remain subject to verification and legal review.
Cookies and analytics
The current owned build does not include advertising or analytics scripts and does not intentionally set tracking cookies. It stores only a browser-local language preference under kimo-preferred-locale. Essential infrastructure logs may still be created by Vercel for delivery and security.
Retention and your rights
Professional enquiries that do not become a client engagement are kept for no more than 12 months after the last exchange, unless an earlier deletion request applies. If an engagement follows, relevant records may be kept for the contract, accounting, limitation, and other mandatory legal periods. In-memory anti-abuse client hashes expire after 60 seconds; infrastructure-provider logs follow the provider terms that apply to the production account.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive portable personal information. For a privacy request, use the Contact page or email contact@kimo-studio.fr. You may also complain to the CNIL.
Security
The site uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to its current scope, but no internet transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
