This website provides general information about website, automation, workflow, and AI-assisted implementation services. Content is not legal, financial, or security advice.
Enquiries and meeting requests
Submitting a Contact or meeting-request form does not create a client relationship, accept a proposal, reserve availability, or confirm a meeting. Kimo Studio must reply explicitly before any time or engagement is confirmed.
Scope and pricing
Published prices are starting points for bounded examples, not binding offers. Final scope, deliverables, price, schedule, dependencies, third-party costs, hosting, software, AI/API usage, maintenance, and support are defined in a written proposal or agreement.
Project-specific terms
Payment timing, cancellation, refunds, intellectual-property ownership, confidentiality, warranties, liability, support, and handover obligations are not assumed from this website. They must be agreed in writing for each engagement.
Third-party services
Projects may depend on services operated by third parties. Availability, pricing, and policies of those services are outside Kimo Studio’s direct control and will be identified where relevant to a proposal.
Permitted website use
You may browse and contact the studio for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, send malicious or automated spam, or submit information you are not entitled to provide.
