This notice describes how the current Kimo Studio website handles information. The official operator identity, registered address, final retention periods, and data-controller details must be added before public launch.
Information you choose to provide
The Contact and meeting-request forms may collect your name, email address, optional phone number or preferred time, timezone, and the message you submit.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential datasets, payment-card information, or other secrets through these forms.
Why the information is used
- To review and respond to your enquiry.
- To discuss a requested project or meeting.
- To protect the forms and website from abuse.
Submitting a meeting request does not confirm a meeting. A time is confirmed only by an explicit reply.
Service providers
Information may be processed by the selected hosting provider and, once configured, the owner-approved email-delivery provider. Kimo Studio does not sell information submitted through this website.
The final provider list and any international-transfer information must be confirmed as part of the production setup.
Cookies and analytics
The current owned build does not include advertising or analytics scripts and does not intentionally set tracking cookies. Essential infrastructure logs may still be created by the hosting provider for delivery and security.
Retention and your rights
A final retention schedule has not yet been supplied. It must be documented before public launch. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information.

Security
The site uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to its current scope, but no internet transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
