This policy applies to use of the Kimo Studio public website and its Contact and meeting-request forms. Project-specific acceptable-use terms, if needed, belong in the relevant written agreement.
Use the website lawfully
You may browse the website and submit genuine enquiries. You must not use it to violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
Prohibited activity
- Attempting unauthorized access to the website, API, hosting, email delivery, or related accounts.
- Introducing malware, abusive payloads, denial-of-service traffic, or automated spam.
- Bypassing validation, rate controls, or other security measures.
- Impersonating another person or submitting personal or confidential information without authority.
- Using automated collection in a way that disrupts the service or ignores applicable restrictions.
Sensitive information
Do not send passwords, private keys, API credentials, payment-card data, confidential datasets, or production secrets through the public forms.
Enforcement
Access may be limited or blocked when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users, or connected providers. Suspected unlawful activity may be preserved or reported when required by law.
